Downloads the photos from older jobs to your computer as a .zip, then (only after you confirm the file saved) removes them from Supabase. Job records, prices, signatures and invoices all stay. The old photos show as "Archived" in the app and on the customer's link. Expense receipts are never removed.

New photos save to file storage automatically. To move photos already saved inside older jobs: 1) tap Download Backup above and keep that file, 2) tap Move. Each photo is copied first and only then swapped in, so nothing is lost. Safe to run again.

Terms & Disclosures

Approvals & price changes: We never charge for work you haven't authorized. If the actual cost of an approved repair runs slightly higher than estimated, your bill will stay under 10% (before tax) above the approved amount unless you approve a larger amount first. Any additional repairs we find are sent to you separately to approve and sign before we do them.

Stopping a repair partway: If you authorize us to begin a repair and then decide not to have it completed, you will be charged for disassembly, reassembly, and any partially completed work, based only on the actual labor and parts involved.

Parts: All parts are new unless the repair line is marked Used, Remanufactured or Rebuilt — we always show that on your estimate before work begins. Unless you request Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts specifically, we may use new aftermarket parts of comparable quality.

A shop supplies / diagnostic fee may apply to your repair and, when it does, will be itemized as its own line item on your estimate. Some specialty work may be subcontracted to a qualified third-party shop or technician at our discretion; we remain responsible for coordinating that work with you.

Your old parts: You're entitled to the parts we replace — choose below whether you want them back. The exceptions are core parts that go back to the parts supplier to be rebuilt, and parts replaced under warranty that go back to the manufacturer; if either applies, it's noted on that repair line before we begin.

This estimate is based on a visual inspection and is subject to change if additional issues are discovered once repairs are underway. By approving any line item below, you authorize the shop to proceed with that specific repair. All sales are final — no refunds are issued for labor performed or special-order parts once work has begun. This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued. The shop is not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repairs listed above.

Sales tax is calculated on the total invoice amount (parts and labor combined), as required under Ohio law, and is added on top of the prices shown above. The applicable rate is shown on your signed invoice.

If you supply your own parts for us to install, we are not responsible for the quality, fitment, or performance of those parts. Any failure of a customer-supplied part, and any damage that results from it, is not covered by our labor warranty.

Warranty: We warrant our labor on this repair for 90 days from the date of completion. If a defect in our workmanship on the specific repair performed appears within that period, we will correct it at no additional labor charge. This labor warranty does not cover parts — parts are covered solely by the manufacturer's own warranty, if any, and any part-related claim must be handled through that manufacturer. This warranty does not cover unrelated issues, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.

Vehicles not picked up within 3 days of being notified that repairs are complete may be subject to a storage fee of $25 per day until pickup. Under Ohio law, a repair shop has a mechanic's lien on a vehicle for unpaid repair charges, and may retain possession of the vehicle until those charges are paid.

We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables and personal belongings before drop-off.

You authorize us to test-drive your vehicle as needed to diagnose problems and confirm repairs. We don't provide towing; if a tow is needed, the charge is quoted to you before it's arranged. Air-conditioning refrigerant work is performed by an EPA Section 609 certified technician.

Charges that can apply even without a repair:

Declined repairs: If you decline a repair we've marked as needing attention now, you acknowledge we recommended it and that driving without it may lead to further damage or unsafe operation. Declined items stay on your record so we can remind you later.

Emissions and safety systems: We don't remove, disable or bypass emissions controls, airbags or other safety systems, and don't install parts made to do so.

Vehicle security: Vehicles are kept at the owner's risk for loss or damage from fire, theft, weather or other causes beyond our control. This doesn't limit our responsibility for our own negligence.

Unclaimed vehicles: A vehicle left after we've told you repairs are complete, and after any required notice, may be treated as an unclaimed vehicle under Ohio law, which can include the shop applying for title.

Text messages: We text you about this repair (estimates, approvals, pickup and payment). Service reminders and referral offers are only sent if you've said OK. Reply STOP anytime.
